WHAT IS COMMUNITY ARTS INCUBATOR?

Community Arts Incubator is an innovative 9-month mentorship program designed to bridge the gap between creative vision and practical execution. Mentees are paired 1-on-1 with a local artist to engage in monthly workshops and a variety of community events to hone their artistic skills and career.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

From April through December, emerging artists (mentees) are paired with experienced artists (mentors) for a 9-month mentorship program. Pairs come together for monthly workshops, focusing on a different theme designed to support creative and professional growth. Throughout the program, mentees develop a series of works that will be featured in the Community Arts Incubator Showcase Exhibition. The exhibition offers participants the chance to share their work with the public, connect with fellow artists and creatives, and sell their artwork.
