The Community Arts Incubator (CAI) is a nine-month mentorship program designed to connect emerging artists with established local creatives for personalized, one-on-one development. Through mentorship, workshops, and community engagement, CAI equips artists with the professional tools, confidence, and connections they need to build sustainable creative careers in Columbus.

The program concludes with a month long exhibition of the mentees work curated and installed by the mentors and mentees.
